double page spread development

I have decided to do a crime suspect theme page. My target audience can relate to this, it's quite rebellious however fun and innocent at the same time. here is the original picture that i took.I had to edit this to make it smooth as this was going to be my main image.

Here is some research on mug shots etc. like this.

I am mainly focusing on a good example of the lines in the background and this image is a great example.

I edited my image to make it similar to the one above. this made sure that

my line up looked realistic. The only problem however is the dead space within the picture, there isn't a lot.

So to fix this problem I just stretched the side to make room for text.

Now I have my basic layout I need to start adding text and headers to the

piece, and start creating some first drafts.
